You can apply through following modes:

A.Online Registration:

You have to visit BRPL website https://www.bsesdelhi.com/web/brpl.
i) Select “AC Replacement Scheme” under “WHAT’S NEW” Tab.
ii)Consumer has to click “Click here” under “Registration for AC Replacement Scheme”.
iii)Consumer shall be directly routed to registration page.
     a) by clicking on the scrolling web banner on our home page “https://www.bsesdelhi.com/web/brpl/home”.
     b) You have to click “Click here for registration”.
iv)Consumer has to give the details “Name, CA No, Email, Mobile” and click Register Button by selecting DISCOM as “BRPL”.
v) An OTP will be sent to the given mobile number during registration process to complete the registration.
vi) Once Registration is completed, Consumer has to update
a. Alternate Mobile Number in Section - A. Updating alternate mobile number is compulsory to complete the registration process.
b. Select the required make, type and model of AC.
c. Upload necessary documents like registered consumer identity proof issued by Government and click submit button after accepting "Terms and Conditions under AC Replacement Scheme”.
vii) After clicking submit button a Registration Number will be generated.
viii)viii. Consumer can track the status of their application (Approved/Pending/Rejected) against the registration number under View Status after login.

B. You can register for the scheme by submitting the required documents at their Consumer Help Desk (CHD) divisional office.

What is the installation cost?

Standard Installation cost is free. Any additional requirements would be charged as per list.

What documents are required for registration under "BRPL AC Replacement Scheme"?

Following documents are required for registration under "BRPL AC Replacement Scheme:

a. Govt issued Proof of Identity (POI) of registered consumer.
b. NOC from registered consumer in case tenant is opting for scheme.
c. NOC from president of CGHS with Individual Energy Meter No.

What is duration of this scheme? Is there any limit number of stocks available under the scheme?

The Hon'ble commission has given approval for the scheme for duration of 36 months that is till 10/07/2026 and the number of AC available under the scheme is 5300 AC

What is advantage of this scheme?

Consumers can replace their old, inefficient, power guzzling ACs with brand new 5 Star rated AC at up to 66%* discounted Price on MRP that too with added advantage of energy conservation.

When will vendor contacts me after submission of request?

Authorized vendor will contact the consumer in two days after their request has been approved by BRPL. Consumers can track the status of their application (Approved/Rejected/Pending) in the BRPL DSM Portal against the registration number, generated during the time of registration.

What are the payment options?

Consumers have multiple options of payment. OEM Sales Executive will explain the cash, credit-debit card, online payments, UPI payments (if available) and most of the vendors provide EMI options and ACs shall be delivered and installed at consumer’s registered address after the payment.
